How to insert the Radio Button as Form Object

To insert the Radio Button as Form Object

Step 1:

Place the insertion point inside the form boundary.

Step 2:

Choose Insert>Form Object>Radio Button

The Radio Button will be inserted to the form.

Radio Button allows you to design option within a form.
