How to insert the File Field as Form Object

To insert the File Field as Form Object

Step 1:

Place the insertion point inside the form boundary.

Step 2:

Choose Insert>Form Object>File Field

File field allows you to design a 'Browse File' button so that user can click and select HTML, Database, doc, or other file from local computer.
