How to insert the Jump Menu as Form Object

To insert the Jump Menu as Form Object

Step 1:

Place the insertion point inside the form boundary.

Step 2:

Choose Insert>Form Object>Jump Menu

Step 3:

In Text field of the Insert Jump Menu dialog box, type the text that you want it to appear in the menu list. Then click the plus (+) button to add a menu item.

Step 4:

When Selected, Go To URL field, select the file to open by doing either of the following.

Click the Browse Button to select the URL that you want.

Step 5:

In the Open URLs In drop-down box, select Main Window to open the file in the same window, select a frame in which the file will open. Enter the Menu Name. Add a Go button; select the Insert Go Button After Menu checkbox. Set up a selection prompt; select the Select First Item After URL Change checkbox. Click Ok Button.
