How to insert Characters of Left Quote

To insert Characters of Left Quote

Step 1:

In the Document window, place the insertion point where you want to insert a Left Quote.

Step 2:

Choose Insert>Characters>Left Quote

Step 4:

This will insert the Character of Left Quote.
