How to insert the List or Menu as Form Object

To insert the List / Menu as Form Object

Step 1:

Place the insertion point inside the form boundary.

Step 2:

Choose Insert>Form Object>List/Menu

The List/Menu will be added to the form.

List / Menu allows user to select an item from a drop down box.
