How to work with Paste Text Only

To work with Paste Text Only

Step 1:

First you must work with Copy Text Only before you can paste the text.

Step 2:

Place the insertion point where you want it, or select an object to apply the steps to.

Step 3:

Choose Edit>Paste as Text
